What You’ll Do

• Source and engage high-caliber candidates across private equity, M&A, and investment banking

• Conduct screening calls and assess candidate fit — motivation, culture, and capability

• Coach and prepare candidates throughout the full interview process

• Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships, not just transactional pipelines

• Use AI sourcing tools, automated outreach sequences, and CRM systems to work efficiently

• Track and analyse recruitment data to improve sourcing quality over time

• Collaborate directly with the founding team on client mandates and strategy

• Comfortable with technology — you pick up new tools quickly and enjoy finding smarter ways to work

• Interested in finance, even if you don’t come from a traditional finance background

• Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-moving team

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or CRM tools

• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or data workflows

• Previous recruiting or sales experience

• Knowledge of the PE/IB landscape in Europe
