Responsibilities
You will support recruiters across several industries and functions:
1) Multi-Vertical Talent Mapping & Sourcing
Source high-potential candidates across finance and other verticals
(examples: strategy/consulting profiles, commercial/growth roles, tech/product talent, ops/leadership hires, and other specialist mandates)Use LinkedIn, databases, referrals, communities, and creative search methods
Produce sharp longlists aligned to each mandate’s “must-haves”
Learn how quality signals differ by vertical (we’ll teach you)
2) Outreach & Conversion
Write personalized outreach that gets replies
Run high-volume targeting while keeping quality high
Follow up with discipline and consistency
Track response + conversion rates and improve weekly
3) Pipeline & ATS Discipline
Keep sourcing lists clean, structured, and prioritized
Maintain accurate tagging by vertical, seniority, and fit
Deliver consistent weekly pipeline output
Share weekly metrics and sourcing insights with the team
4) Continuous Improvement
Work with recruiters + founder to refine role-specific sourcing playbooks
Improve templates, targeting logic, and search strategy
Suggest better tools/automation as you learn what scales
This role is equal parts execution engine + talent intuition
Your Training & Development

Sourcing frameworks, targeting logic, and screening signals
Outreach playbooks + follow-up systems
Daily practical reps with fast feedback
Weekly KPI coaching and growth check-ins

Qualifications
EU nationality (required)
0–3 years’ experience in recruitment or sales
Strong written English and high attention to detail
Fast learner who enjoys switching contexts between verticals
Structured, consistent, and KPI-driven
Curious about different industries and ambitious people
Excited to work remotely, ideally based in Cebu
